My name is Adam Smith and my family purchased the house on Torch River at the end of Summer 2020. My business partner, Dave & I decided to purchase a boat to rent along with the cottage. Boat Rentals in the area are in high demand and often sold out well in advance. We wanted to make sure that anyone renting the house had the option to rent a high quality pontoon boat to enjoy during their week on the water.
I am a teacher in Ohio and there is nothing I enjoy more than spending my summers in Northern Michigan. Running this small business keeps me close to the water and sharing the fun with others.
Dave also lives in Ohio. He has a cottage on the same small lake in Northern Michigan as my family. While still working full time, he spends a large portion of his summers in paradise as well.
One of us is always a short drive away.
